Skelton Design Solutions was established in 2017 by husband and wife team, Helaine and Martin Skelton. Martin coming from an agricultural background, trained in both design and metal fabrication identified that his unique skill set suited the SME sector. Skelton Design Solutions was established to provide this skill set to SME’s who required certain skills unavailable to them in the market without hiring a full time designer.

Martin Skelton is the founder and managing director of Skelton Design Solutions Ltd. – a multi-disciplined, end to end specialist engineering design firm.
His firm specialises in the design of world class steel-based products for the pharmaceutical, agricultural, engineering and fabrication industries in Ireland and internationally.
Martin has a track record built over 15 years of providing successful innovative advanced design solutions to facilitate companies with process improvements and the manufacture of new products.
Martin holds two degrees in Industrial and Product Design as well as a National Craft Certificate in Metal Fabrication and is a Certified SolidWorks Expert. Martin advanced his innovative knowledge base by undertaking a long-distance Precision Engineering Degree in the Institute of Technology Sligo.
